Ticket Delivery Policy

How and when your tickets are delivered. Everything on PullUp is digital: nothing is shipped.

Version 1.1 · Effective 8 October 2026

1. Nothing is shipped

PullUp sells digital event tickets only. We do not ship physical goods, printed tickets or wristbands, and no shipping or delivery charges apply. This page explains how digital tickets are delivered and serves as our shipping and delivery policy.

2. When you receive your tickets

  • Tickets are delivered instantly, usually within a few seconds of your payment being confirmed. You will see a confirmation screen and the tickets appear in the Tickets tab of the PullUp app.
  • We also send a confirmation notification in the app and, where available, by SMS or email.
  • For free events, tickets are delivered as soon as you complete the booking.
  • For request-to-join events, your ticket is delivered once the Host has approved your request and you have completed the purchase within the time shown.
  • In rare cases payment confirmation from the bank can be delayed. If your tickets have not appeared within 30 minutes of payment, email operations@pullupnow.in with the payment reference. If a booking cannot be confirmed, the full amount is refunded automatically.

3. Tickets for your group

  • Each person on a group booking receives their own ticket. They do not need the PullUp app.
  • Each person gets a personal ticket link, which we send to the mobile number or email address you entered for them and which you can also share with them directly from the app.
  • If they have the PullUp app and their verified phone number matches, they can claim the ticket into their own app. Otherwise, the link opens a secure web ticket pass in their browser that shows a live, rotating QR code.
  • You can also display every group member’s ticket from your own app, for example if a friend’s phone battery dies.
  • A Couple ticket is a single ticket with one QR code that admits both people named on it.

4. Using your ticket at the door

  • Your ticket is a QR code that changes every 20 seconds. Show the live code from the app or your web ticket pass. Screenshots, photos and printouts will not scan.
  • Your ticket works without an internet connection once it has loaded on your phone, so you can get in even with poor signal at the venue.
  • Turn up your screen brightness and bring an original government photo ID that matches the name on your ticket.
  • We send reminders before the event (24 hours and 3 hours before it starts) if notifications are on.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (pullupnow.in/legal/refunds).

7. Contact and grievances

Questions, requests or complaints about this document or anything else on PullUp: email operations@pullupnow.in. If you’re writing about an error, include the reference code shown in the app so we can find your case quickly.
